Development Status Update

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS: BURLESON, TEXAS

We are pleased to present our fifth construction progress update for Project Rendon LLC, which is a 288-unit Class A ground-up multi-family development strategically located in the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA.

As of May 31, 2025, Project Rendon’s overall construction is 52% complete, with 35% complete in construction work. All 13 building slabs have been poured, and roadway paving work has been completed.

Four full buildings framing and four partial buildings framing have been completed.

Framing for the rest of the five buildings is ongoing, including Club House, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical work has started for the 1st four completed buildings.

94% of construction trades have been bought out in accordance with the budget.
Currently, the anticipated construction completion is scheduled for Q1 2026.
